Her family moved to Shanghai when she was 14

Born to a pair of hardworking, inspiring, immigrant parents, Caroline grew up in both San Jose, CA and Shanghai, China and experienced the distinct cultures and perspectives of two halves of the world. Because of her Asian American identity, the most typical question family friends would ask is: “What country feels more like home to you? America or China?” 

To her own surprise, she struggled to find an answer.

Caroline has always been an entrepreneur at heart

After spending 4 years in Shanghai for her high school years, she moved back to the U.S. to attend college. At the University of Southern California, Caroline co-founded her own bike share startup in her senior year and raised and won multiple funding rounds from both USC and outside investors. She always held a passion for brainstorming new business ideas to fix common problems she would come across.

One of the common problems that she found worthy of exploring after college was a personal one. Looking back on her Shanghai experience and that particular eye-opening question, she wondered what it took for a place to feel like home for her. A career in real estate seemed like a good place to begin the search for an answer.

Caroline is currently in her seventh year in real estate, helping both new and past clients venture through the exciting journey of buying and selling homes.

Becoming a homeowner herself in LA and going through the entire process has taught her more about how to relate to her clients in finding that perfect home and helping them navigate through the process step by step. Her buyer and investor clients also love her because she has a knack for understanding and capturing what they are looking for very quickly.

Her background and extensive knowledge in marketing from USC bring an analytical and targeted strategy that helps her clients sell their homes for top dollar in their most convenient timeline with the least amount of hassle.

Caroline has consistently performed at the top 5% agents within her brokerage year after year.

When she isn’t working, she loves to explore coffee shops and rooftop bars, go on afternoon walks, spend quality time with family and friends, experiment with new recipes and travel!
